What is bullying?
What is a bully?
A bully is a person who uses his/her strength to frighten or hurt weaker people.
A bully is just a person or several people who are treating you in ways that are unacceptable.
A bully is a person who is not very good with her/his social skills and who is treating someone in ways he/she shouldn’t be.
What should you do if you are being bullied?

-The most important thing is to talk to people about it as soon as you can and make sure that the people you talk to about it are going to help to make it stop.
-It`s not acceptable to be treated in ways that you`ve been treated in the past and it needs to stop right now and not continue.
What should you do if you are being bullied?

- Do NOT fight back! This is the worst thing you can do when dealing with bullies. This will create more repercussions.
- Make yourself invisible. Stick to your own group of friends and try not to be too extroverted.
-Don`t react to the bully`s rude remarks. If he/she calls you names or bags you out, don`t ignore him/her, just smile and walk off. You need to make sure that you do not express any distress.
