It helps reduce the risk of some diseases
Cancer disease:
They contain two special compounds:
Antioxidants
Phytochemicals
Antioxidants release free radicals which are harmful forms of oxygen.
Phytochemicals protect against cancer by stopping normal cells from changing into cancerous cells.
Vegetables and fruits pack a cancer-fighting punch!
Heart disease and stroke
Vegetables and fruits are low in fat and high in fiber.
keep cholesterol levels in check.
Free radicals can also damage arterial walls
build up cholesterol and narrow the arteries.
Antioxidants help slow down and prevent the build-up of cholesterol in the arteries .

- Shouldn’t buy fruits already peeled and vegetables put in the water
Wash:- Use wash machine
- Peel fruits before eating
-Shouldn`t use knives which are often used to cut meat & fishes to cut fruits
-Shouldn`t eat a large number of fruits in the short time
-Put in the water about 10
minutes before washing
- Wash under tip water
-After that put them in the salt water
-Shouldn`t use alcohol to wash
