Bird flu is a very dangerous disease because it can kill people. Bird flu is caused by virus H5N1. The virus lives in kitchen and other kinds of birds, so we call this disease bird flu. Everyone, even healthy people can get bird flu when being in contact with infected birds and serious problems can happen to anyone.
How can we know if we have been infected with bird flu? We’ll have the same symptoms as a normal flu: high fever, headache, dry cough, tiredness etc… When we have flu, we should go to the hospital immediately, because it can be dangerous to others if we stay at home.
