IF THE ATC OR PILOT ANSWERS SLOWLY -> MAYBE ACCIDENTS
MOST PILOTS AND AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS SPEAK ENGLISH AS A SECOND OR FOREIGN LANGUAGE.
MORE THAN ONE PILOT TALK AT THE SAME TIME -> MAKE ATC CONTROLER GET CONFUSED OR GIVE SLOW FEEDBACK
