+By the end of the lesson,the students will be able to talk about some media they know.

+To help the students know more about media.

b. Structures: + Passive voice(The simple present and past tense)
+ The past continuous tense

+To help the students know the benefits of the media.

Lesson 1: GETTING STARTED+LISTEN AND READ
I. Lead -in:
1.Play the game “NetWork”:
_Divides the class into two groups and play the game.
_Asks the students to list their favorite activities















_Asks the students some questions:
+Which of these is your favorite activity in your free time?
+How many hours a week do you spend watching T.V?
_Says:”Today we are going to learn a lesson about the media”
“First of all, I would like to introduce you some new words.”
II. Pre-Practice:
1.Teaches new words:
_Teaches word by word following the principle and steps of teaching the new words.
*New words:
+Media (n) [Picture]
+Crier(n) [Example]
+Interactive (a) [Transaltion]
+Benefit(of) (n) [Translation]
