-By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able tell their partner which country they would like to visit.
-To educate Ss to aware of how to make, accept and decline inutation.

A. Getting started:
1.Lead in.
Shows the photocopied pictures to Ss one by one by one and asks Ss to guess.
What country it is?
What country is it ?
2. Pre – Practice.
Introduces some information about some countries with the pictures.
3. Controlled – practice.
- Asks the Ss to work in pair and match the names of the countries in the box with appropriate pictures or flags.
- Has Ss tell their partner which country they would like to visit and why .
- Asks : which country do you want to visit ?
- Why ?
- Calls on some pairs to present their dialogue.
- Corrects if necessary.
4. Free practice.
Asks Ss to tell some ideas about the countries which they like to visit.
B. LISTEN and READ
1. Lead in.
- -Uses the pictures in the textbook to ask some questions.
--Who’s this ?
-- What are they doing ?
– Where is Mrs Quyen ?
--Where is Mrs Smith ?
--What do they talk about ?
-Now, we’ll study part “ listen and read”.
2. Pre – practice:
a) Teacher vocabulary:
- include ( translation)
- come over (explanation)
- Pick (sb)up (explanation)
b) Checks understanding of the new words by using rubout and remember.
-Asks Ss to close their notebooks and bok at the boad.
-Has them read and remember the words. Rub out the English words one at a time.
Then calls on some Ss to go to the board and write them again.
– Has Ss predict “true or flase”
– Sets the scence.
Mrs Quyen is going to the USA for a vocation. She is ringing her friend, Mrs Smith, to tell her about the trip.
– Put the chart on the board and asks Ss to read the statements.
1. Mrs Quyen is calling Mrs smith from the airport in san Francisco.
2. Mrs Smint invite Mrs Quyen and her while they are in torn.
3. Mrs Quyen and her husband will be in the USA for 3 days.
– Asks Ss to work in pairs to decide if the statement are true or false.
– Gets Ss to give their answers and write them on the board.
3. Controlled – practice:
- Has Ss open their books, listen to the teacher while reading the dialogue on page 112.
– Calls on some Ss to correct the T/F prediction above and correct false statements.
1) False ( Mrs quyen is calling to Mrs Smith from Ha Noi.

Asks Ss to read the dia twice by pairwork.

Asks some questions about the content of the dia
5.Consolidation
-Recalls the names of the countries with their flag or famous places .
